Space Force Propaganda Posters
Class Project, 2021
A set of posters produced after studying how design is used in propaganda posters and artwork. My selected topic was the Space Force so that I could critique overly enthusiastic support for military action in space.
The Dark Arts of Rhetoric
Choosing a strong slogan was imperative for creating these posters. While the imagery of the work is intended to convey feelings of power and heroism, the text needed to be evoke a sense of duty, similar to existing recruitment posters.
